RCS Installers are dedicated to providing the Healthcare Imaging Industry with highly respected installation services since the mid-1980s. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified applicable to the Installation and Disassembly of Medical Imaging Equipment.
We provide installation services to our customers, at valued pricing. This includes our ability to complete these efforts within known cycle times. This offers a controlled cost and shorter downtime to the end users.
During the installation process, our Installers are able to adapt to challenges outside of our scope of work, while not impacting the critical path of the installation effort.

Our Installers perform mechanical deinstallation of all systems listed above for the purpose of resale, harvesting parts, and returning to the vendor for refurbishment. These procedures are critical to the disposition of the equipment that we are handling.
We provide our customers with the option of contracting our services to relocate equipment within the same facility, or logistical coordination for off-site relocations.
During the relocation process, we ensure safeguarding the work area and equipment handling with care.
This work is performed with consideration to the operations of our customers site and operations.
Our years of experience has enabled us to team up with bonded and insured companies that specialize in transporting healthcare imaging equipment. Such services must be coordinated well in advance with our management team.
Our customers are faced with providing proper handling of equipment when it reaches the end of its service life. In this case, we are able to offer a disposal service that includes a certificate of destruction. This document substantiates the needs of authoritative bodies such as the FDA.

Each installer is trained to a level of mechanical competency prior to being placed in a leadership role. This is supported by appropriate customer equipment-specific training, as well as our training program.

We became certified to ISO 9001 in 2006. Our Quality Management System (QMS) continues to improve through each audit, procedure execution, and feedback. Each of our employees are an integral part of our QMS, as we strive to provide standardized services, while meeting the requirements of our quality system.
Each Installer completes OSHA 10 training, as well as industry-standard training each year. The focus of safety is not only on our employees, but also on those that are in our area of work. This includes hospital personnel, patients, guests, and other visitors.
